We’re the big potato.
Brine it.
These A-seed Kennebec potatoes are first cut to size and then soaked in our proprietary brine for 24 hours.
Blanch it.
Next, we transfer the newly brined potatoes to an oil blanch that locks in the pillowy potato inside, well you know, inside.
Fry it.
We freeze these frites before they arrive at your door so all you’ve gotta do is drop them in your fryer until golden brown. Now you’re one of us.
